Class Requirements:
$300 paid by cash or check in the Century 21 office before class beings. Cost includes class and books and you will be fully reimbursed $300 after your first settlement.
Attend 60 classroom hours. Classes meet at 1007 E. Pratt Street in Baltimore, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Evenings from 6:00pm-9:00pm.
You must pass the final classroom exam.

After the Exam:
You must pass the State of Maryland licensing Real Estate Exam.
